I would like to raise a complaint regarding my ticket booking and cancellation request.
I booked a ticket last night. According to free cancellation terms and conditions, a ticket can be cancelled even up to one hour before the scheduled time. However, I called customer care approximately three hours before the departure time to request ticket cancellation.
Despite this, the customer support executive refused to cancel my ticket, which is against the cancellation policy mentioned in your terms and conditions.
I request you to please review this matter and process the cancellation as per your policy. Kindly also look into this issue and take necessary action so that customers do not face such problems in the future.
