- Complaint Regarding Refund ^Open

I placed an order for a smartphone on their website on **th June ****. They said it would be delivered in *–* days, but it wasn’t. I emailed them multiple times, and they kept replying that it would be delivered soon. However, even after ** days, nothing happened. When I contacted them again, they told me that the product was out of stock, and it would take another *–* days. I asked them to cancel my order, and they said that my refund has been initiated and also collected my details. After that, I continued to send emails, but they didn’t respond. Whenever I call, they say the same thing every day It will be done, but no actual update or action has been taken. My order initiated on ** -June ****. I didn't get any satisfactory response. They only do is delaying and said give only * days it will be credited in your account soon, but I haven't received till day.
