- Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unresponsive Behavior ^Closed

Dear Godrej AC Repair Services Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience we have had with your service. On **/**/****, we handed over our AC unit for repair to one of your employees. It has now been over five days, and the unit has not been returned. We are struggling to cope with the heat, and it is especially concerning as we have a baby at home who is unable to sleep comfortably without the air conditioning.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the employee responsible has been unresponsive and, on the rare occasion that he does answer, his responses have been unhelpful and rude. He keeps postponing the delivery date with vague excuses, which has added to our frustration and inconvenience.

Additionally, I am attaching a copy of the bill that the employee provided at the time of collecting the AC unit. The bill is incomplete, containing only his signature and the date, without any detailed information about the service or charges. This lack of proper documentation is concerning and further adds to the impression of unprofessionalism.

We expect a much higher standard of service from a reputable company like Godrej. The delay, lack of communication, and improper documentation are unacceptable, and we feel as though we are being cheated. We request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure our AC unit is repaired and returned promptly. Furthermore, we urge you to take appropriate measures against the employee for his unprofessional behavior.
