My experience with VIP Shaadi has been extremely disappointing and misleading.
Before purchasing the subscription, the sales team clearly told me that VIP Shaadi is meant for elite and high-class families/profiles, similar to elite matrimonial services, and that I would receive exclusive profiles of people who are specifically using VIP Shaadi services. This was the main reason I agreed to buy the membership.
I also clearly shared my requirements.
The team claimed they had already analyzed my preferences and had suitable matching profiles available. However, after payment and onboarding, the story completely changed. During the orientation call, I was informed that profiles would also come from the normal/general database, including people who are not even premium subscribers.
This directly contradicted what was promised before payment.
After taking the subscription, I could only see around * mixed profiles, many of which were not VIP profiles and did not match the expectations created during the sales process.
The most disappointing part is that I raised this concern immediately on the same day I purchased the subscription, but despite speaking with multiple representatives, nobody accepted responsibility for the misleading commitments. Instead of resolving the issue, they denied cancellation and refund requests.
In my opinion, the service was sold through exaggerated and misleading promises that were very different from the actual experience provided after payment.
I would strongly advise others to get every commitment in written form before purchasing VIP Shaadi or similar premium matrimonial services.
I want Cancellation of my VIP Shaadi subscription
and Full refund of the amount paid.
