I want to share a serious issue I recently faced with Om International Packers and Movers. https://www.ominternationalpackers.com/

I had booked their service to shift my household items from Delhi to Hyderabad, and I also purchased full insurance for the entire consignment. During transit, the drum of my automatic washing machine was damaged. Fortunately, I had insured it for ₹**,***.

When I informed the company about the damage, their representative (phone: **********) told me to get the machine repaired and submit the bill, assuring me that the amount would be refunded within ** days. I got the repair done and shared the invoice of Rs. ***** as requested.

However, it has now been over three months, and I have not received any refund. The concerned person has completely stopped answering my calls, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails to ominternationalpackers*@gmail.com
, I have not received a single response from the company.

This unprofessional and seemingly fraudulent behaviour is extremely disappointing, especially coming from a company that claims to be reputable. I trusted their service, and this entire experience has caused me both financial loss and mental stress.
