I purchased a couple watch set and received it on ** June ****. Within two days of delivery, I found that one of the watches was defective and not working.
I immediately contacted customer support, who instructed me to raise a return request and informed me that both watches had to be returned together since it was a couple set. I followed their instructions and submitted the return request within the eligible period.
I provided unboxing videos, photos, and screenshots as proof of the defect. Despite this, the seller has repeatedly refused my refund request and is offering only a replacement, which I do not wish to accept.
I request that the seller accept the return and issue a full refund for the defective product.
