Dear concern,
I would like to draw your kind attention regarding our HP laptop – ** – di****tx , performance problem.
I have purchase online with HP e store and received on date **/**/****, but after use of * months its giving many problems.
I have raised Case id - **********, Ticket #*****, Ticket #***** and also Grievance no – ******* of Nation Consumer forum also many times contacted with HP customer care representatives , and emailed, In tweeter but after many follow ups only battery has been replaced, but performance issues are not resolved yet.
Please help me.
