Dear Mark Express Customer Care,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behaviour of one of your delivery agents today.
The delivery person (Mobile: +************) came to deliver a parcel addressed to my mother, on [**-**-****]. We were not expecting any such parcel, and the sender’s details appear to be from a company (Mirrikh infratech pvt Ltd) my mother dealt with earlier. Despite the address being correctly printed on the parcel, the delivery agent spoke to me in a very rude, aggressive and offensive manner. He repeatedly accused us of entering the wrong address and used an unnecessarily harsh tone without any reason.
Such conduct from your staff is unacceptable and caused mental distress to our family. I request that you please investigate this matter, identify the delivery agent, and take appropriate disciplinary action. Please also confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions taken.
