I am filing this complaint against NoBroker for deficiency in service, negligence, and damage caused to my household items during shifting services arranged through their platform.

I booked household shifting services through NoBroker for transportation of my household goods from Bangalore to Pune on **th April ****. I chose NoBroker based on their assurance of safe and professional packing and moving services.

However, during the shifting process, several of my household appliances suffered internal damage due to careless handling and improper transportation. The damaged items include:

Refrigerator – internal cooling/functionality damaged
Washing Machine – internal operational damage
Inverter caps damaged
Study table damaged
Sofa bottom cloth and stans damaged
Pedal fan damaged
Bean bag torn
Wall clock damaged
Dent on steel almirah

At the time of delivery, the external appearance looked normal, but after installation and usage, the appliances were found to be malfunctioning due to internal damage caused during transit. This clearly indicates mishandling by the movers assigned through NoBroker.

I immediately informed NoBroker customer support and raised complaints through their platform. However, despite repeated follow-ups, they have failed to provide proper resolution, repair support, or fair compensation for the losses suffered by me. I am seeking Rs **,*** compensation for damages, delay, deficiency in service and mental harassment.
