Purchases TATA NEXON EV In June ****, committed driving range by tata motors was around *** to ***kms.
Now in the month of May range has dropped by **%, earlier at full charge the range displayed on the console was around ***kms, now it shows just ***kms , further more if I drive the car for ***kms the range reduces by ***kms. Driving conditions are same.
When reported matter to Sagar motors noida , they said this is normal , the range of the car drops **-**% in peak summers.
My question is why did they not inform me about this fact at the time of sale. Now after almost * year they are telling me that range is effected by summers, the same did not happen last year. .
I have written a mail on the tata motors customer care email id , they are apologising and replying that they are working on my complaint.
