I have stayed colive *** Sunrise for a month and deposited *****/- ...I have checked in on *nd of Jan **** and also left the colive on **th jan **** but they mentioned *th of feb **** .I had requested notice period asked by sales person then suddenly while vacating the pg they didn't pick my calls I have tried calling sales person account executives no one responded.After that they said you will get your deposit back but suddenly after somedays when I started asking when I will get my money back they said you won't get your deposit back as you have not raised notice period..When I visited the app they updated all the details from backend and they said you will not get your money back as you have not raised notice period on time although I have raised the notice period now they are threatening me by sending legal notice through mail mentioning legal notice also there is no stamp paper mentioned.I have still didn't get my deposit back still they are asking *****/- without no reason.Even before I tried asking salesperson he didn't reply also from the very beginning he is not picking the call.. Also I have faced lots of mental pressure while I checked in as they didn't picked up the call after many requests they agreed to give me the room.Now I am not able to open the booking property in the app as well.Please look into the matter.
