My home articles have dispatched from Bangalore to bally Howrah West Bengal-****** on end of October '**, when unpacked the cartoon valuable goods are damaged. So many phone calls & chasing with their Kolkata Office they agree to pay ****/- which was paid by me as insurance premium. I denied accepting the same because of my cost Rs.*****/-. Again I had to start chasing with Kolkata & Bangalore Office of them they agree to pay Rs.****/-. After so many discussion I agreed to accept the same. But till now claim amount yet to receive. Again I started chasing with Kolkata & Bangalore office but they don't bother to pay me. So that I need your help in this regards. All chain mail copy attached herewith for your ready reference.
