I have placed a claim for bike accident. Due to Diwali, I took few days to submit my claim. But I submitted it and each document is clear & up to date. Still I didn't get any kind of update from the insurance company. I have been following up with them through mail but, still awaiting for the amount to be credited. I have attached my mail conversation.
