we met with an accident in **** with our family and friend when we are coming back from our neighbor's marriage on the Rajasthan state highway, near Merta city, Nagaur Rajasthan.
Our car was fully crashed at that time and not able to repair, we filed claim but that was rejected by the ICICI Lombard team after a few days of investigation, and the reason behind it was that car is driven by someone else, while the car was driven by my father at that time.
I also filed a court case at that time but it was not resolved yet even though the case is not in the Argument face yet. Please help me over the issue, I will be thank full to VOXYA
