Subject: Default on Payment for Cheque Bounce ( Roshan Kumar - ***** *****)


Respected Authority,

This is Gunasheela and Sathya Prakash. We both have given Payment to Mr Roshan Kumar ( **********)

Several Times we have helped him by taking loans.

Now this time Payment for Gunasheela is *.** lac from April **** Onwards. He is Supposed to give in * Months. But it's already * Months. Every Month I'm Paying EMI of **k. From where I should Pay. Now we are in October Month **** As Committed but not responding to calls and messages . I will settle the payment. But not yet. Final Deadline was given on October *nd ****.

Payment pending for Sathya is * lac. Which was given on August **th ****. Taken loan from credit card and Given as he said it's an emergency. Within a week he promised he will return. He was supposed to return on **th August ****. As we have given payment on security that we have taken a single cheque for Both of our payment.

Today we are standing in October Month ****. He is giving false Comittiment to us and Fooling. We both as friends helped him by taking loans from bank and credit card for His emergency.

But now he is defaulting not giving payment on time. Now we are in trouble due to we are not able to make credit card payment and clear loan dues.

We would Request you to take action against him and please get us our money back.

Even we have Cheque. We have presented the cheque. Which has been Bounced. Cheque Presented Details

On *rd October **** on behalf of Gunasheela TM it has been deposited in his Induslnd bank account.

Which he has received message that cheque has been returned due to insufficient funds.

We have received the Return Memo Letter on *-**-****.

Cheque Payment of *.** lac was Presented. Which has been Bounced.


Please do the needful. Help us get our Money back.
