I had booked an accomodation for a day for my brother and myself through OYO in Gurugram. When we reached the property for the check-in, the property owner didn't allow us to check-in. He clearly said 'No' for the check-in citing that the property isnt taking any pre-booking from Oyo app. He further went ahead with threatening us. I raised the complaint with the Oyo customer support. When I had booked another accomodation at LemonTree, the customer Support person mentioned that I have already checked in. DO they even have the record of my check-in in their register logs and the Identity details. I catptured the whole event on my phone as well.
