To be honest when we buy a branded thing with high price it clarify our intention that we are going for a reliable product. How sad it is that a **k laptop of hp didn't work good for * year even. From the start I said them about heat issues. Now on **th October I faced key board problem and very next time when I opened the window didn't start. When I called their customer service they said me **+ steps to try(all in vain) and wasted many times it is important to mention that I have very important work and I got huge mental pressure from this. Now the steps they said are of no use. They can't fix it. They at last said to take back up and I went their customer care and paid *** of service charge for backup *** mb data only(excel gst files). After that as per their direction I made a windows ** cloud recovery tools on usb spending *** Rs data and after that it didn't work too. It said the "selected boot device failed press enter to continue " And after their suggestions I changed secure boot option to disabled and legacy to enabled that too has no effect. The customer service by phone are not reliable as they are asking same thing many times and they don't give an helpful step. The official hp what's app has not even replying me now. And the offline service center saying they only responsible for hardware and not software and even though covered under warranty if gonna cost me a lot. Even though I said I ll file case in consumer care and that I ll file a case against u they didn't care. Now please do something I humbly request you.
