I had bought a soft course of class ix and x for smart coaching from Extramarks of Rs ***** for my son education. Extramarks provided me with a pen drive for this purpose. But the pen drive is not working in any of my desktop and tablet. I had register my complaint to them but they had not sent anybody. Also, not agree to refund my amount.
