- Cheated on Data Entry ^Open

I have paid security deposit for data entry work in Hire in Global.
The registration Id is EW*J****
They gave a project id QP****J
stating it is examination project with ** pages and they will pay Rs. *** per page if the errors does not exceed **%

Submitted the typed matter on ** Jan ****

Got a reply from QC Department stating failed in Ascii Validation - meaning some unknown characters found in note pad files

I lodged a complaint immediately on ** Jan **** - where they stated that the complaint will be addressed within * Working days

Further I made a request to re-evaluate the work submitted on ** Jan **** and also stated that I too have checked the Ascii Validation and did not get any issue

Till now there is no response from them

request to mediate / address the issue and ensure either I get paid for the job done or refund the security deposit made or show what is Ascii Validation and where I have failed there
