Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am really disappointed with the services provided by Authorised Service Center Munish Motors Ludhawai Bharatpur.I contacted above Service centre for starting problem in my Tata Magic Mantra on **th Jan ****.Service Center mechanic Devender told me that Engine head needs to be repaired .He opened the head and asked me to get it repaired from local market.I took it from him and got it repaired from concerned person in local market as sent by him.After getting repaired,Service center mechanic Devender changed the piston rings of my vehicle also.After * day ,he said that your complaint is solved.Service Center billed me for service charge and piston rings and other parts.
After * and half month again I faced the same starting problem.I again contacted Service Center.Service Mechanic again opened the head of tata magic mantra and told me to get it repaired.I again went to same local mechanic .He said that there is no problem in head.But due to pressurised by service centre mechanic he again do some work on it ,charged me agin and give back.I again handed over that head to serice center mechanic Devender.He again said that still there is some leakage problen in head .He again sent me back to local market mechanic.He again said that there is no leakage.Again i handed over the head to service center mechanic.Service center mechanic kept on doing trial work on head and engine.Some times leakage problem sometimes other problems.But could not solve the issue.Now after * days finally he said that your engine needs to be replaced.
The cost will be Rs *****.Due to unprofessional mechanic at service center,my engine has been conpletely destroyed.Now they are putting pressure to replace the engine.I have been cheated and tortured by Serive center.Such service centers destroy the image of such reputed company like Tata Motors.I request Tata Motors officials to look into the matter as this is not good for the image of the conpany and instruct the service centre to replace/repair my engine which has been destroyed by them..
