I have a * BHK flat unit in Godrej Royalewoods Banglore and I got possession last year. For my work I relocated to Andhra. To do interior fit out work , I have given work to a company called DecorMart studio interior company based in Bangalore.
I gave the work in March **** and they took ** percent amount by sending false pictures of incomplete materials just to cheat and extract money from me and persuaded me to pay or threaten to stop the work. I borrowed * lakhs rupees and paid them.
Later after one two months I came to know that they haven’t started work after getting money and I called them multiple times , sent many messages and mails. They responded after months and when I asked for refund then they started work just to stop me from raising complaint.
One month later again they stopped the work by doing ** percent work and again not responded to my calls , mails and messages for a month.
I raised a complaint with consumer grievance and informed them. Then they came with apologies and promised to complete latest by Nov **th . I believed and waited and informed all my relatives about house warming function. But they again didn’t start the work and when I called multiple times updated me that work not all completed . It’s been * months since this delay happened and they cheated by dragging this much long. They have my key also not returning the flat key and I am unable to access or use my own flat for * months now as it has all lying materials all over flat. I lost huge rental income and paying so much interest in loans taken for this work. I have gone through mental trauma and thought of taking extreme step as I didn’t have job or income by the time and huge financial burden and pressure. I am also paying **,***/- (Thirty thousand ) as EMI for my house and I thought would manage with rental income but as I was cheated by this interior I am unable to use my own flat.
My pain and agony is unbearable and would demand to compensate for all these from this cheating company.
