Ridiculous as it may seem, I had this issue with the toy department twice. Once a toy part was missing, when complained they collected the toy and refunded the amount. The second instance one whole toy was missing from a shipment containing * toys, expecting some resolution I made a complaint the very instant I received it. However, enclosed is the response I received after waiting patiently for a month. Just thank my stars the amount was small. But surely I feel kids are being employed by AJIO at the shipping and customer care department for firstly making such a mistake and then not resolving it and closing the complaint or Deliberate Cheaters.
