I ordered lehenga from this site on *th September and received it on **th September. Upon checking, I saw that the quality of fabric was so cheap and it was no where near to what they showed on website. It's not at all worth RS ****. I am trying to contact them to return the product and apply for refund however they are not answering nor replying on WhatsApp. I have tried to contact them via various means however no response. After hours of trying, they respond that I need to send the item back to them and also no cash of bank refund will be processed. They will provide store credit, which I do not want as they sell cheap quality clothes. I requested for cash refund to which they are clearly denying. Their site claim to give easy return to customer however now they are denying.
