My booking id is RS/DEL/**-**/*********. My booking was on **-**-**** at * pm till **-**-**** ** pm. I got the car which was not in the condition to travel then the driver took us to the Gurgaon office and we got the car after almost * hours from our booking time which was around ** pm and I should have got the car by * pm. So it's not my mistake. Why I am being charged extra Rs. *,*** for extra hours for returning the car at **:** am?
