on *-May-** a rental agreement was issued by nestaway stating the rent to be Rs **** per month. On **th I got a mail from nestaway stating that from *-June-** onwards the rent will be Rs ***** per month without any prior notice. Even the rental agreement states that Rs **** will be charged till *-April-****.
I gave nestaway * options -
*. I continue with current rent - **** Rs.
*. Give my deposit (***** Rs) + Move in charges (Rs. ****) back. But, I will pay for number of days stayed.
Reply of nestaway - for these options
*. Not Possible
*. As per the policy if you move out of the house before * months you will loose **** Rs. and **** Rs is anyways non-refundable
Please help me get my money back.
