From last *-* months I have been charged for unwanted and unsubscribed services on my postpaid vodafone connection. Everytime I visited the store they apologised me and told me that they would deactivate the services and adjust the extra charge in the next bill but they never reversed the charges. above that some more services were activated and more amount was added to my bill. Last time when I told them that I want to port to some other network they told me that they can waive a maximum of Rs.*** whereas the loss incurred is more than Rs.****.
