Hi Team,
Really, I have been frustrated with the service at Revolt service centre Chennai (Anna Nagar branch). My charging adapter is not working, so I have visited the service center today at *.** Am. No service person is available to check the issues until **:** AM, but they have placed the notice that the service intake will be between **:** AM to **:** AM. But the service person arrived only after **.** AM (I was waiting outside the service centre gate for more than ** minutes). So, what for they have kept the timings for intake? The service person checked my charger and said it's not working. I asked him what the warranty period for the charger is, and he said it's * years. I said that there are still two months to expire. The service person keeps insisting that there are only two months left, as if it is not covered. After so much conversation, they said they will take up the service. I asked them for a new charger because it is under warranty. They said they will replace and give any old charger, but not my charger. I don't know why they are covering the warranty. The service person said that the waiting period for replacing the old charger will be minimum ** days, but they are not sure if it may extend. Really poor service. No proper response from the service person. No spare parts. Why did I purchase your vehicle?
