I did transaction of *** rs airtel recharge on ** may ****. I added rs ** on same day. I paid total bill of *** rs on **st May ****. There were only rs ** pending from my side. They are asking to pay rs **** now. Also threatening to charge additional rs *** more as late fees. They are cheaters. How to resolve now. Its affecting my credit score
