Regards.. Ecs charges..
I had paid emi amount through tvs app via NEFT...for last * months but the tvs credit services limited & Indusind bank charged ecs for that * months ... When I asked to tvs they told me... That you have to pay online by bank but not neft.. So we charged on u.. I replied to them the app allows the payment so I paid it..due to this payment by neft they charged me... loss of amount for early paid.. The due amount should be paid that's the main thing. It can be paid through online or bank emi it's customer opinion.. Then why they charged to me is more depressed... Pls concern this
