I am being charged extraordinarily high quite frequently these days. Kindly look into the matter.
On **th Nov in this ride(CRN **********) rs.*** has been charged as parking/toll incorrectly. There was no toll or parking charges involved in this ride. U can refer the ride just after this one on the same route back to my home (CRN **********).
Also the fare is weirdly high. At the time of booking it was showing *** something.
Kindly look into this and initiate refund at the earliest.

I would also like to mention that taking ola rides is not as pleasant as it used to be earlier. I have emailed ola support more than * times but they dont respond. They done even have a voice support where i can reach them. Please help me.
