Recently I had a trip to Dubai, I booked some activities from Antilog vacations, one of the activities was 'Dhow cruise dinner' on "Marina" which was clearly mentioned in the confirmation mail.
I paid a higher amount of dinner at "Marina" but at the time of sending voucher they cheated and sent me travel vouchers for dinner at "Creek" which was a cheaper option, I immediately called my booking manager and informed about the mistake and he assured me that he would correct it but in actual He stopped responding after that and when I reached Dubai, I had to pay an extra amount to have dinner at the "Marina", I have an email acknowledgement of the same.
On their website they promise "***% refund" in case of any problem but they are not even ready to refund what i paid in extra.
So poor customer service, now they are not even responding.
I have all the mails with me, still they tried to cover up by cheating!
