Ola cab delhi NCR
- Charged extra 300 Toll Tax Open
Manoj Kumar Verma filed this complaint against Ola cab delhi NCR on Oct 23, 2020
On **th October, I have booked a ride (CRN: **********) for my relative and I was charged almost double what it is showing at the time of booking upfront.
I talked same day to the customer support staff as well and he assured me to refund around Rs. ***/- in next ** hours. You can refer to the ticket No. *********. Next Day on **th October, this ticket has been closed today by the support team (Mala S) by describing that the fares are intimated at the time of booking. So yes it is intimated to me and I understand it completely but the issue I am raising because it is double what it is intimated to me at the time of booking. Please refer to the below details:
While I had booked this ride it was showing the estimated fare around Rs. ***/- while I was charged Rs. ***/- at designation by the Driver. Then I have checked the bill and I was charged the MCD Toll * time (Rs. ***/-). Even wondering that Rs. *** has been charged twice at same Toll point at Badram Enclave, Meethapur. Is not this looks absolutely false. Then why again charged for Delhi Noida. Why Noida, I don't understand at all. Nothing to do in Noida. I have booked it for going Sarai Rohilla Railway Station in Delhi.
I am living in Faridabad near to Meethapur (Badarpur). So when you are entering from Faridabad to Delhi, I should just charged MCD Toll once at Meethapur. Now once you entered Delhi it is straight way from Badarpur to the way to Sarai Rohilla Railway Station. So I understand I must be charged once but the next * MCD toll mentioned in the billing details not fare at all and it is the extra that Driver collected. So I concerned about the extra. I feel cheated.
How it could be possible to charge the MCD toll * times, Driver has collected the extra toll charges from my relative as he is not familiar with the routes. Only one time the MCD toll should be charged for entering into Delhi.
I have already emailed to Ola Support team (support@olacabs.com) and followed up multiple time but there is no reply from them.
