I had ordered whisper choice ultra XL wings sanitary pads through Flipkart on * Apr which was delivered to me on * Apr. While ordering the list price mentioned on the page was Rs. *** which was discounted to the selling price of Rs. *** with ** Rs. shipping charge. But when I opened the pack clearly it was mentioned on it the MRP of ***. Upon contacting the Flipkart consumer desk they were continuously forwarding our calls and no action was taken by them. But, when we complained the same to the consumer complaint section they provided the voucher of ** rupees. I am still not satisfied and feel it is not a matter of compensation but the matter of personal damage and the criminal offence undertook by the company that should be taken into consideration. I am contacting you regarding same and look forward to your support and guidance.
