On **st September i order a food for my mom who is travelling in garibrat express(*****). and i paid for the food online . but still that delivery boy collected the food amount from my mom. i called your customer * times but they are not replying properly. they are just did the false promise that complain has been registers. but when i called *rd time and ask what happen to my complain they dont even know whats a complain is it clearly shows the the executive to whom i called earlier told lie. and when i ask to hand over the call to manager then your manager refuse to take call
