I booked an airline ticket from MAKE MY TRIP in January, due to a family emergency, I am unable to travel, and they gave me credit Shell for my booked ticket and told me I can use the credit shell within *** days. Now the credit amount is higher than the ticket I want to book. And they ask me to pay the fare difference. But why do I want to pay extra when the price of the fare is lower than my credit amount. They only told me to pay. And they are not responding to me properly by customer care, and they always put my call on hold and disconnect it.
