I have book room in hotel Love stay in dashrathpuri New Delhi on **-**-**** to **-**-**** And Booking ID C*N***** for * adults and Booking Amount is Rs. **** .But during check out when I have made online payment of this particular amount Hotel prorerty have denied to check out . They asked to paying Rs **** Amount whenever you have check in now . And when we have call customer care they asked to pay full amount and When you have check out so share bill invoice with us
