Its construction quality is very very bad. Many of the flats have ceiling leakage problem. Even its engineer, did not find the root cause/solution. I have purchased a flat from this builder at Optima Heights, Kesnand and have ceiling leakage. I approached to builder about this but from last * months this issue is not resolved.
