To Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally complain about a severe skin reaction I experienced after using your DermDoc *% Niacinamide Ultra Violet Sunscreen, which I purchased on **/**/****.

Immediately after the first application, my face developed a significant allergic reaction. My entire face is currently covered in small, raised bumps and is experiencing intense irritation and discomfort. I have no known history of allergies to standard sunscreen filters, which leads me to believe there may be an issue with this specific formulation or a high sensitivity to the niacinamide concentration.

I have discontinued use of the product immediately. Given the severity of this reaction, I would like to request a full refund for this purchase.
