The issue is about cashback, during "great Indian festival" there was an offer going on for the instant cashback from bank and Amazon.Regarding the same I made a purchase of Rs ***** from Amazon and I got an instant discount from the bank of Rs **** and after getting the discount I didn't get my cashback from Amazon and no where in the terms and conditions it was mentioned that the cashback from the Amazon will be given on the figure arrived after the bank discount and now Amazon is cheating on me that my order value was ***** ( which was actually arrived after the bank discount while checkout).The terms of the offer stated that "On any transaction of more than Rs. **,*** done on Citi Credit & Debit Transaction except Paytm First Card will get Amazon Pay Cashback of Rs. ****.This is valid once during the entire sale period of **th Oct-*th Nov ****."
Please help me in getting my cashback.
