- Cashback amount and wrong commitment ^Open

I booked a flat in Runwal Central Park , Chinchwad, Pune via Prop Tiger and your sales person promised to pay cash back/pass-back of Rs. **k after the booking without any pre condition or any ifs.

I have valid proofs from Santosh Singh’s recorded call and the mail from Rahul Singh’s with Passbook guarantee subject.

After booking I requested for cash back promised, so Rahul Singh told:”will provide after agreement”. Then after a ** days of booking, getting call from Rahul Singh as”we are not giving cash back of **k, bcoz we paid it to the builder against you. Its adjusted with your pricing”

After booking, your team taken u turn for committed promises. Even not allow us to talk with builder about your frauds. Also Rahul Singh’s tone of speaking gets changed if I requested for cash-back.

So my complaint points are:
*. Why prop tiger didn’t told us at the time of booking as we are not able to provide you the promised cash-back?
*. For my booking and cash-back amount, who are you to deal with builder in absence of me?
*. why allowing sales team to commit wrong?

Point of actions:
*. We are on the way to cancellation the deal only because of Proptiger’s wrong commitment
*. Already holds remaining cheques
*. Will talk with Runway for same and telling story of proptiger’s monkey business
*. Also added complaint on Indian consumer complaint forum
*. Also informed higher authorities

Request:
Please provide me my cash back committed amount of **k.
