I have received a vehicle delivery on **-*-****. To date I haven't received the following:
*. Second set of Keys
*. Fast Tag for which money was paid
In addition this is our complaint history wrt the car:
*. Ticket No -*******: The first trouble was on **-*-** wrt mileage which since it wasn't resolved we haven't mentioned again.
*. Ticket No- *******: *st engine trouble which caused the vehicle to stop midway was on *-*-** for which extensive complaint with video and photographic proof was given. We had to pay Rs *****/- approx for service at the showroom which wasn't reimbursed citing exclusions. We again didn't escalate. Here nearly * days were wasted
*. Ticket No- *******: *nd major engine trouble started on **-*-** for which again I have given videos and images and it was picked up on *-*-** and after that I am still waiting. As of today it is ** days and you still want another ** days.
I have used your vehicle for ** days in the past ** days and am foolishly paying instalments and booking cabs for my travel since you are letting me know of repairs in increments. This is one of the worst experiences I have had wrt vehicles.
Monetary loss:

*. Fasttag Rs ***
*. ** days repair till *rd Oct ** but EMI @ Rs ***** wasted
*. Towing charge in Tirupati and Bangalore Rs ****
*. Cab charges in Tirupati and Bangalore Rs ****
