I have purchased car policy through phonepe application on *th aug ** and they have issue me policy with incorrect car model mentioned.
And i raised the concern to cancel my policy on *th aug** as the policy will be invalid.
And after that i am following everyday for my refund of Rs***** but not getting any resolution,noone is responding anything i have raised many tickets in their application but without resolution they are closing the ticket
Wanted to raise a complain against phonepe and want my refund as its medical emergency i need my money as soon as possible
