Car booked by me was cancelled by the host. This is clearly none of my fault, the host should be charged for a fine in this case, or Zoom Car should be bearing this.
But, from my booking amount, it was deducted, saying that convenience fee and trip protection fre are non refundable. This is not my fault at all, because the host only cancelled it, so i must get a full refund.
