MY Goa Mumbai flight SG -*** dtd **.**.**** was canceled as per Happyfares message at **.** hrs on **.**.**** . Refund initiated on the same day . Refund yet to be received in Credit card . As per details shared by Happyfares they are deducting Rs **** as their fees. Can anyone charge fees on customer harassment?
