I have booked flight from Chandigarh to Goa via Mumbai for **.**.**** under booking ref. No. REF********* dt. **.**.**** from travalook. Subsequently mail received that my flights has been cancelled.
I have contacted many occasions to the concerned to refund my money and the was not settled till now.
Requested to kindly pay my amount.
