I registered with byjus in May **** (Recorded and Online ). The online classes were sold to me quoting that classes would be conducted and questions can be asked on the spot to the teacher. My daughter had missed ** sessions from May **th onwards due to no info on classes from byjus. On placing a request for new bacth it was informed that there was no new bacth. I also highlighted the problems in my daughter asking and clarifying doubts. Even after lots of complanits, i finally decided to cancel the online classes and seek a refund. Byjus Senior manager called and told me that money will not be refunded, however they will provide recorded version of Class * and Class *.. There has been no updated since now * weeks. Kindly help
