I have took one course that is for Data science from Simplilearn of cost ***** apprx. But what happened i took one live class then i saw its not suitable for me so i decided to quit the course and that time i contacted to my simplilearn counsellor her name is Deepika-********** she told me no need to worry you have raise your concern earlier so in that case we will stop the course and will provide the refund to you and she promised me everything is done you will get the closing letter by *st December. But after that what happened i tried to call her she is not pickup and even no body from simplilearn is entertaining me so my case is still pending even i dont know this course is closed or not ,please help me out for that and provide me proper resolution.
