This is to inform you that , I had booked a rental cab with booking id NC*************** from Makemytrip on my **/**/**** at around *:** P.m and the pick-up time for the cab was at * p.m.
I was supposed to get the driver details * hour before the pick-up which I did not receive . According to the terms and conditions they charge **% of the booking amount if I cancel after ** minutes of my booking/ * hours before pick up , and they cancelled my trip at *-** p.m as there were no cab driver i.e ** mins before pick up.
Don't you think that they should also refund the double amount of what I paid as they are charging the same from the customers. Everything should be fair enough do they think that customers have more money than the company , I want an answer for this question and I want the refund of my double amount of what, I paid . I also had to bear extra loss for this cancellation which is around **k.
I want a resolution and this case should be looked after seriously.
