I have booked * tickets from Pune to Srinagar. Due to some personal emergency I had to cancel one ticket for my son. I went online and clicked on cancel button. But with click and without giving me the option to select the passenger it cancelled the whole ticket. I called immediately within * mins to Vistara helpdesk for help but they could not reverse the cancellation nor give me the whole refund.
For a poorly designed website of Vistara I lost **K INR.
Raised * cases on Vistara helpdesk:

but no positive help received from the airline.
