I booked flight ticket from goibibo that was a connection flight.when I reached goa.airline cancelled flight due to operational issue and they asked me to book another flight so they are ready to give me full refund.now more than * weeks over.i didn't get my payment back .when I contacted airline they said they did their part I have to contact agent . goibibo is a worst site.they don't have customer service.dont knw how to contact them.i need my refund back
